Sheena is deeply passionate about offering pro bono coaching services to senior leaders within the not-for-profit, social change, or social purpose sectors. Her personal mission is rooted in giving back and supporting leaders, fostering a ripple effect of positive change.

Sheena has worked in both Executive and Non-Executive Director roles in the NFP sector for the last 20+ years. Giving back and playing a part in community is a life long value.
In addition to her decades of holding corporate roles in Strategy, Marketing, Business Development, Public and Corporate affairs, she worked at the Ethics Centre, served on the board at WEAVE Community Services Redfern including Governance and Fundraising Committee roles, served as President and Head of Pro Bono for the NSW Branch of the International Coaching Federation, provided Pro Bono Strategic support for various NFP’s and was Neighbourhood leader for the Wentworth for the Voice campaign. She is currently the Co-Chair of the Sydney Human Rights Watch Committee.
