Pause and Reflect -  a structured 2-hour

Yin Yoga + Meditation + Coaching

designed to support you achieving your goals.  

Throughout the 2 hours we will move from deep embodiment in a 50 minute yin practice to soften and expand and then 10 minutes meditation to find that inner stillness of the mind to set you up for a guided reflective session to help you set relevant and meaningful actions for the month ahead. 

This session is only offered intermittently.
